Please state what event you are looking to find a dress for-
Prom, Pageant, cruise, wedding guest etc and the date the dress is needed for.

If you are booking a PROM appointment, please include the following information-

  • Name and School of the person looking for a dress 
  • Parent/Guardian contact details (please include name, contact number and email address of the parent/guardian attending the appointment with the prom girl)
  • Budget (If you have a price range you would like to keep under,please let us know.This helps us during our appointment when picking out dresses and suggesting alternative dress options)

Important information-

  •  Bookings are essential. We limit the number of customers in store at any time to ensure a relaxed experience.
  •  To book an appointment, all customers will be required to pay a £20.00 booking fee via the 'Book appointment here' button.
  • This will be refunded when the appointment is attended. If a dress is purchased, it will be taken off of the dress price.
  • Should a dress not be purchased,but appointment is attended,the booking fee will be refunded back to the customers bank account.
  •  If an appointment is cancelled/rearranged with less than 48 hours notice,or the appointment is unattended, the £20.00 booking fee will NOT be returned under any circumstances, so please take this into consideration when booking your appointment. 
  • Once deposit payment has been made, you will receive confirmation via email and sms.
  • We cannot accommodate more than 2 guests with each customer, a maximum of 3 people are to attend the appointment.
  •  ALL under 18's MUST be accompanied by their own parent/guardian)
  • If you are unable to find a suitable time/date on our booking page, please get in touch and we will try our best to accommodate you.
